"Discovering art came to me in the strangest of ways; it was sheer frustration that drove me into the art store for the very first time.  In early 2005, my husband and I had exhausted our search for an affordable, original landscape painting for our new dining room.  I had never taken an art course but decided to buy a blank canvas to see if I could paint something.  Anything. Well, that very first painting still hangs in our dining room and I am now a regular at the art store.  Mother-Nature is a powerful and inspiring teacher.  I hope you feel Her mysterious moods as you browse below."  - Heidi
